The new year's party was great, lots of people from different places to celebrate with. The drinks were flowing, and the music was good. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The location was good too, it was easy to find and the beach was close by. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist with anything we needed.
The amenities were not as advertised, the pool was too small and was not cleaned often enough. The bathroom had some plumbing issues and the hot water in the shower was not reliable.

Location in the back streets of the beach adds to its charm; Cleanliness was good; The staff were always friendly and helpful; and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

Spending xmas at this hotel was an amazing experience! the pool area was superb, with plenty of sun loungers and a beautiful pool. the staff were very welcoming and friendly, providing everything we needed and making sure we were comfortable. the location was also great, being just a short walk away from the beach and local amenities. Plus, the value for money was exceptional, allowing us to have a luxury stay at a much cheaper price.
The only thing we disliked was that the beach was a bit crowded due to various watersports activities. we were still able to find a spot to relax by going to one of the beachfront bars that had lounge chairs.

The hotel is tucked away in a quiet side street, offering peaceful surroundings for those who want to relax. Despite being a bit off the beaten track, it's still within walking distance to Nusa Dua and the beach. the bungalows are spacious and stylishly furnished, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to assist guests. the outdoor pool area is charming, ideal for lounging in the sun and taking a refreshing dip.
The hotel lacks a wide range of facilities that you would find in larger resorts.

The staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. Enormous and nicely furnished room. King-size bed was very comfortable. Lovely pool area. Excellent value for money.
All was perfect.
